Executive Chef Philippe JC Mouton
This outstanding member of the French Culinary Academy and the Vatel Club was born in France, and has 36 years of culinary experience including positions in luxury properties such as George V, Grosvenor House Hotel, Sheraton Mauritius, Hilton Queen Elizabeth, to mention just a few. His experience spans over many countries including, UK, France, Canada, Mexico, Africa, among others. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Chef Philippe is pleased to bring his evident passion and creativity to Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Resort & Spa.

Le Basilic
