• My Fiesta Americana Grand Meetings Mexico experience was excellent. We stayed at Live Aqua Cancun, and the resort was great. The staff at the resort was very welcoming and kind to all of us. Personally, I felt at home from the first day thanks to the resort’s hospitality. Besides that, the food was also very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would say that my entire stay at Live Aqua was memorable, but if I had to mention one memorable experience, it would be the Spa. On my last day, I decided to visit the resort's Spa and everything was excellent. The music was perfect, the staff was helpful and kind, the massages great, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I will definitely visit the Spa again when I return. Although I didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the rest of the resort's facilities, the hotel was beautiful. I would love to go back and enjoy my stay at Live Aqua again, but this time as a personal trip rather than a business one. That way I would benefit from a relaxing getaway at this wonderful resort. I have been to other resorts in Cancun before, including Fiesta Americana, but I must say that Live Aqua became my favorite after staying there only one time.

• As chairman and organizer of the IGS 2011 event, I attribute the success and productivity of the conference to the professional service and hospitality of the Live Aqua staff, as well as to the outstanding facilities and services available at the resort. Flor Blanco, Director of Group Sales, and her staff (conference, dining, etc.) provided the flexibility, expertise, and 'know-how' knowledge with group events to satisfactorily address unexpected circumstances such as changes in weather, as well as conference set-up, scheduling business meetings, suggesting menus for the conference reception and banquet and helping to contract entertainment for the social events. Conference participants were treated with great respect and attention and they expressed their satisfaction with the facilities, the menu and service, with some even extending their stays at Aqua. In a personal note, my wife and three children enjoyed very much the activities offered by Aqua, in particular, the yoga and massage programs, the excellent swimming pool, and the Mexican cuisine. I can say that Aqua took very good care of my family as I chaired the daily conference activities.

• This year our company took 81 people to Cancun and stayed at Live Aqua from 12/1-12/5. This is Live Aqua’s first year as an adult only all inclusive. I have been to many of Cancun’s resorts but Live Aqua exceeded my expectations! I flew down there a day early and from the moment I arrived; they couldn't do enough for me. I had a meeting with the group coordinator on my arrival day. They surprised me and brought me into a board room with about 30 of their very professional management members all asking me “what can we do for you?” One of the best things about Live Aqua was the ease in communicating with them. The last 2 years we stayed at The Royal, (an equally nice hotel) but communicating, getting timely responses, and working with last minute changes was difficult.

• I recently attended the Georgia Chapter of MPI’s Summer Education conference which was hosted at the beautiful Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancun Resort & Spa. The guest accommodations, restaurants, meeting space, pools, and spa were all excellent and the service of the staff was outstanding! And did I mention the spa? WOW is the first word that comes to mind. • The level of service was incredible. Our top performers loved the entire experience. From the moment that everyone arrived they were treated like royalty. The outside venues for our events were wonderful and the attention to detail really made the entire incentive trip one of the best we have done. I appreciated the little things: I met daily with our contact at the resort to go over the billing from the previous day, we had some last minute changes to our menu that were accomplished easily and the concierge desk was always informative and willing to help. The other thing that our employees loved was the pools and the beach area. They were able to take advantage of water activities that were only a few steps from the resort itself! This was an added bonus in that our employees could experience relaxing by a beautiful pool or riding out on the gorgeous water all in close proximity to the resort! Overall the experience was one that people at our company have talked about for years.

• Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun
• The beach party we did. The decor and food were really great! Wonderful value for our all-inclusive package we had. I was amazed that the staff built us palm trees to have on the beach and we all loved the oversize fish and seashells that were used to decorate the beach area. My boss and attendees were blown away. They kept telling me I had really raised the bar on this trip with the extras we had and so they are looking forward to the next incentive. I personally have to say the highlight for me was seeing a sea turtle coming up on the beach at night to lay eggs and then watching your staff dig them up and rebury them in a safe place for hatching.

• The Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos is a beautiful property. The staff was extremely courteous and very friendly. During the program, our guests took full advantage of Casa del Mar (a hidden gem on the property), which served as our hospitality suite and had access to a private pool, grass lawn and the beach. Guests loved to hang out during the day and in the evenings as it was not your typical meeting space. It made the experience 100 times better.

• "This was our third event within the Posadas group, and we have already re-booked this property, meaning Los Cabos, for next year. As the meeting planner, I found this site to offer very good value for the money spent. We loved the property. It was clean and safe with great service. Architecturally it was interesting, in the idea of going up to ground level. Everyone found the "campus" to be very manageable, and in particular the infinity pools with their royal blue tiles made for a wonderful central setting to relax after a day of meetings. Magnolia and the banquets team were terrific and attentive to our needs. Those of us who tried the spa had a great experience at Somma Spa. We used the concierge several times with success to make arrangements for golf, local restaurant reservations, etc. Several nights we enjoyed the lobby bar. Being there in January, we had multiple whale sitings as well, which made for an exciting highlight to our visit. Coming primarily from the East Coast, everyone was pleased to be in beautiful Cabo to escape the winter weather."

• "From the moment we arrived at the property we were greeted with nothing but hospitality and grace. The staff at the facility did everything that they could to make our stay very comfortable. The two F&B events that we had were excellent. The nights at the fire pit were great and the people that attended loved the closeness to the Sea of Cortez. We had passed Hors d'oeuvres and bar set up the first night we arrived on the patio between the Sea of Cortez and the infinity edge pool. The weather was great and as I said the staff was on top of everything. The last night of our meeting we had an awards banquet at the same location and the sheer amount of food that we had on our spread was astounding not to mention the quality. Overall a wonderful time was had by all and we look forward to our next meeting in January. Thanks Fiesta"

• I have brought my Pro-am golf tournament to Fiesta Americana Los Cabos & Cabo del Sol for the past 4 years & will be returning again in January 2012 for our 5th year. I have toured a number of other hotels in the area prior to our events and more recently. Fiesta Americana Los Cabos is the perfect location for the following reasons: Location - proximity to both San Jose and Cabo, proximity to 2 World Class golf courses and a fabulous facility; the Hotel Property itself starting with its STAFF - one of the most accommodating group of caring people that I have ever dealt with. I produce 4 pro-ams per year in some fabulous Resort markets and deal with a lot of people. The staff at Fiesta Americana Los Cabos is by far the most professional that I have ever dealt with & one of the biggest reasons that I keep coming back to this property! The architecture, beautiful pools + food & beverage are other major reasons for my returning each year (Very Consistent!); Security - knowing that Fiesta Americana is a gated community also helps.
